Speeds do vary and services utilize the 4G LTE cellular network so if you are close to a campground or event center, you might notice a slow down due to (crowding) on one tower. 5G should help but this is where rural areas make sense for this type of service.
Many of you have no other option for internet service available and we understand that. While our service is a 4G LTE hotspot internet plan provided to us by a 4G LTE service provider that uses cell phone towers, there is always the unfortunate possibility that anyone can lose a contract. We truly hope that this does not happen. It's not ideal, but a risk with this type of service. Please understand that this is a pre-pay month to month service. We pre-pay for each month’s services in whole just like you do. Due to the nature of this type of pre-pay service, there is no contract and therefore there will be no prorated refunds. Should the unfortunate happen, we will again work hard to reestablish service and try to make it right for each of you.
As this is a pre-pay service, we will have to pay all costs upfront to get service re-established. We do not receive any prorated service refunds as well, so NO refunds can be issued for prorated amounts. We do not have any real way to track which accounts are disconnected at what day and time exactly. Some even turned back on, so this is a risk you must be willing to take with this service. We will suspend all accounts on the first notification of vendor service termination and refund all payments made on the first day of known Vendor cancellation.
Equipment and Activation fees are non refundable due to service cancellation.

30-day Guarantee
We know how frustrating it is finding a fast rural Internet provider for a reasonable price so we offer a 30 day pledge. If your not totally satisfied with our service, we will buy back the equipment. No questions asked within 30 days. Service and activation fees are independent from the equipment charge and will not be refunded.
Disclosures
- Devices are IMEI locked so if you swap devices you run the risk of disconnection.
- This service is NAT Type 3 restricted for gaming and geolocation free so Hulu Live and any other streaming service that requires geolocation for FCC Local Channel compliance will not work as with any 4GLTE location free service. Youtube TV uses your phone's GPS so that is the recommended live channel streaming service I suggest. These plans are unlimited but excessive abuse i.e. 1 Terabyte or more per month for 2 months can cause disconnection. Not usually a problem if you are a casual user. Just don't think you can share one account with your neighborhood. Yes it is fast enough to handle it but lets not try and push your luck.
- Unlimited data is determined by average 4 person household (750Gb) if you abuse the data limit by sharing your connetion with neighbors, torrents, or nonstop streaming your account will be flagged and you will be notified. If it happens regularly your account will be disconnected.
- I use Square (SquareUp) email payments for my 30 day service payments which uses Credit or Debt cards and fully guaranteed at many banks. Autopay available.
- I guarantee my devices for 30 days after purchase if you do not like the service within that time frame I can refund you for the device. Service and setup fees are non refundable and no prorated fees will be refunded.
- If payment is not made after 30 days your account will be suspended and a $29.99 reconnection fee charged in addition to your next months fee and a new sim/device may be required if this is a regular occurance.
